  • 2 lb. lean stew beef, cut in 1-inch squares
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 6 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 soup cans water (more if needed)
  • 2 Tbsp. oil

Directions
