Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 bag (10 oz) Steamfresh(R) Chicken Flavored Rice, cooked according to package directions
  • 1 cup Birds Eye(R) Baby Sweet Peas, thawed
  • 1 cup Birds Eye(R) Baby Broccoli Florets, thawed
  • 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce

Directions

    Heat sesame oil in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over MEDIUM-HIGH heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

    Reduce heat to MEDIUM; add egg and cook until eggs are scrambled.

    Add rice, peas, broccoli and soy sauce and cook until heated through.

    Garnish with shredded carrots, if desired.

    Serving Suggestion: Serve with teriyaki shrimp and Birds Eye(R) Broccoli, Carrots, Sugar Snap Peas & Water Chestnuts.
