  • 1 bag (12 Oz. Bag) Butterscotch Chips
  • 1 cup Peanuts
  • 2 cups Chow Mien Noodles

Directions

    In a double boiler melt the butterscotch chips. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat, add the peanuts and stir. Add the chow mien noodles, stir and crush down with a fork and mix well.

    Scoop the mixture in 1 tablespoon sized portions onto cookie sheets that you've lined with wax paper.

    Cool in the refrigerator. Store in airtight containers.
