Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. wholemeal flour
  • 1/4 c. sesame seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
  • 1/4 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 c. pumpkin seeds
  • 1 1/20 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. golden brown syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 2 x beaten Large eggs
  • 1 c. low-fat lowfat milk

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F, prepare pans.

    Heat the butter with the honey, golden brown syrup & cloves till the mix dissolves; set aside to cold.

    Mix the flours, seeds & baking pwdr together.
  4. 4
    Add in the dry mix to the wet mix till just combined.
  5. 5
    Spoon into pans & bake for 20 mins.

    Sprinkle tops with sesame or possibly poppy seeds if you like.

    This is a super-healthy muffin.
