  • FOR THE ASSEMBLY AND COOKING:
  • 14 ounces, weight Biscoff Spread
  • 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cups Powdered Sugar
  • Vegetable/canola Oil, For Frying
  • Wooden Skewers, For Assembly
