  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pork and beans
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 12 cup corn
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (7 1/2 ounce) can biscuit dough

Directions

    Brown ground beef with onion and garlic.

    Remove from heat.

    Stir in tomatoes, pork and beans, tomato sauce, corn, chili powder, salt and pepper (do not add biscuits until baking).

    Place in freezer bag.

    Label and freeze.

    To serve: thaw.

    Place in greased baking dish.

    Bake uncovered at 400 for 30 minutes.

    Cut each biscuit in 4 pieces.

    Arrange on top of hot mixture.

    Return to oven and bake 15 minutes longer.
