- 10 c. flour
- 1/3 c. baking powder
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 2/3 c. instant nonfat dry milk
- 1 2/3 c. shortening
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients thoroughly in large container (6 to 8 quarts).

2Cut in shortening with pastry blender or mixer until fine crumbs are obtained and shortening is evenly dispersed.

3Store, tightly covered, in refrigerator.

4Use within 3 months.

5Makes about 15 cups of mix.

6Use 3 cups of the mix with 2/3 cup water and mix as usual for biscuits.
