  • 10 biscuits
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1/4 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • raisins (optional)

Directions

    Break up 10 biscuits into small pieces.

    Soak with water until soft.

    Mix 1 1/2 cups of sugar with melted 2 tablespoons of butter and eggs.

    Add buttermilk, soda, 1 teaspoon vanilla and raisins (optional) and stir well.

    Put in hot buttered pan.

    Bake at 435° for 30 minutes.
