- 10 biscuits
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- raisins (optional)
Directions

1Break up 10 biscuits into small pieces.

2Soak with water until soft.

3Mix 1 1/2 cups of sugar with melted 2 tablespoons of butter and eggs.

4Add buttermilk, soda, 1 teaspoon vanilla and raisins (optional) and stir well.

5Put in hot buttered pan.

6Bake at 435° for 30 minutes.
