  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 c. crumbled biscuits (one 10 count can refrigerated biscuits), bake according to package directions and crumble
  • 1/2 c. raisins (optional)

Directions

    Combine first 6 ingredients.

    Add crumbled biscuits and raisins, stirring well.

    Spoon into a lightly greased 9-inch square pan.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
