- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 c. crumbled biscuits (one 10 count can refrigerated biscuits), bake according to package directions and crumble
- 1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Directions

1Combine first 6 ingredients.

2Add crumbled biscuits and raisins, stirring well.

3Spoon into a lightly greased 9-inch square pan.

4Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
