- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onions
- 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. salt and pepper
- 1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated biscuits
Directions

1Brown beef.

2Combine beef, mushrooms and all but 1/2 cup onions in casserole dish.

3Heat soup until bubbly in saucepan and add 1/2 cup sour cream.

4Pour over meat mixture.

5Separate biscuits into 20 halves.

6Place cut side down on casserole.
