- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Measure dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

2Cut in butter with pastry blender or two knives until mixture is coarse crumbs. Add sour cream, stirring until mixture is moistened.

3Turn dough onto lightly floured surface.

4Knead 10 times to form a soft, smooth dough.

5Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter.

6Place on ungreased baking sheet.

7Bake at 450° about 10 minutes.
