- 2 1/2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. low-fat farmer cheese, firmly packed
- 3/4 to 1 c. buttermilk
Directions

1Sift dry ingredients into large mixing bowl.

2Cut in butter and cheese until it resembles coarse cornmeal.

3Make a well and pour in 3/4 cup buttermilk.

4Mix lightly with a fork to make a stiff but workable dough, adding more buttermilk if needed.
