  • 2 tablespoons oleo, melted (or margarine)
  • 12 cup brown sugar
  • 1 12 cups chopped pecans
  • 14 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

    Bring the water to a rolling boil and pour it over the oatmeal; let stand for 20 minutes (DO NOT DRAIN).

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Add the oleo and sugar, and then add the eggs and vanilla; beat well.
