- 2 ounces butter
- 2 eggs
- 12 cup milk, lukewarm
- 4 ounces sugar
- 5 ounces self rising flour
- 1 cup mixed fruit
Directions

1Cream butter, sugar and egg yolks.

2Add flour and milk gradually, alternating the wet and dry.

3Add chopped and mixed fruit.

4Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.

5Grease and flour a ribmould tin.

6Fill with mixture.

7Bake for 30 minutes at 350 F.

8Turn the oven off and leave in for another 10 minutes.

9When cool, dust with icing sugar.
