Ingredients
- 2 lb. stew beef
- 2 large onions, diced
- 1 large green pepper, diced
- fresh mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 1 c. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Salt and pepper beef; coat in flour.

2Brown stew beef in oil. Put meat in a 9 x 13-inch dish sprayed with Pam.

3Saute onions and peppers in butter.

4Layer onions, peppers and mushrooms over beef. Combine remaining ingredients into a sauce.

5Mix well; pour over beef.

6Cover with foil and bake at 300° for 3 hours.

7Check to see if it needs more water at 1 to 2 hours.
