  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Beat eggs until stiff. Add sugar gradually, then mix other ingredients. Mix and beat well. Pour into buttered pan and bake in slow oven at 300° for 35 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
