  • 1 pound Ground Bison
  • 4 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 whole Onion, Minced Super Fine (optional)
  • 1 whole Egg

Directions

    Put all the ingredients in a bowl.

    Mix together with your fingers.

    Do not over-mix.

    If you are cooking on a grill, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the mix to avoid sticking.

    Shape into patties and cook as you would normally a burger patty, about 3-5 minutes per side.
