  • 3/4 cup Bisquick
  • 1/4 cup green creme de menthe
  • 3 eggs
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

    preheat oven to 350

    grease & flour 9 inch pie plate

    mix first 5 ingredients with electric mixer

    gently incorporate the 1/4 cup chocolate chips

    pour into pie plate

    bake for 35 minutes, then cool for 45

    in sauce pan, combine last 2 ingredients to make ganache

    stirring constantly until smooth

    spread chocolate over cooled cheesecake

    refrigerate for at least 3 hours, covered

    no crust needed as it makes it's own.
