   Combine flour, baking pwdr and salt in large bowl.

   Blend well.

   Cut shortening into large chunks and add in to dry ingredients.

   Use pastry blender to cut shortening into flour mix till most of the shortening is in fine particles, like corn meal.

   NOTES : Store at room temperature in an air tight container.
