- 24 tart shells
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 8 oz. sliced bacon, diced
- 3 large eggs
- 1 c. half and half cream
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
Directions

1Cook diced bacon until crisp.

2Remove to paper towels and drain.

3Cool.

4Beat eggs, half and half, salt and pepper.

5Into each tart sprinkle some bacon and spoon in about 1 tablespoon egg mixture.

6Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400°.

7Serve immediately.
