  • 1 jar (1 lb.) Ragu (R) Cheesy! Classic Alfredo Sauce
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese 1 container
  • 9 ounces frozen chopped spinach 1 box, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg optional
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  • 10 pasta shells manicotti, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese about 2 oz
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°. In 13 x 9-inch baking dish, evenly spread 1 cup Classic Alfredo Sauce.

    In medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup Sauce, ricotta cheese, spinach, salt, nutmeg and pepper. Fill shells with cheese mixture, then arrange in baking pan. Evenly top with remaining Sauce and sprinkle with cheeses.

    Cover with aluminum foil and bake 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
