  • 1/2 whole Red Onion, Diced
  • 3 whole Roma Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 cup Sweet Corn, Uncooked And Cut Staright Off The Cob
  • 1 cup Black Beans, Rinsed And Drained
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Cumin
