  • 1/2 cup rinsed canned black beans
  • 1/2 cup chopped mangos
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 4 corn tortillas (6 inch)
  • 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
  • 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients until well blended.

    Spoon evenly onto centers of tortillas; top with bacon slices.

    Fold in half to enclose filling.

    Heat large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.

    Add quesadillas, 2 at a time; cook 2 to 3 min.

    on each side or until lightly browned on both sides.
