- 1 (15 ounce) can unseasoned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Mix all ingredients in a food processor, scraping down the sides a few times to make sure it is evenly blended.

3Pour into an 8x8 pan sprayed with non stick cooking spray.

4Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

5Place leftovers in the fridge!
