- Salsa
- 16 ounces can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 16 ounces can corn, strained
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- Dressing
- 1/2 cup olive oil (light for milder flavor)
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 5-8 dashes Frank's red hot sauce
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix.
