  • 16 ounces, weight Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Salsa (I Usually Go Middle-of-the-road And Use Medium)
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese (I Like Sharp Cheddar; Try Your Favorite)
  • 1 package (1 Oz. Packet) Fiesta Ranch Dressing And Dip Mix (Hidden Valley Is The Only Brand I Can Find)
  • 1- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 bunch Cilantro, Chopped (You Might Want To Try A Little Less At First)
