  • 3 c. chopped, peeled and seeded tomatoes
  • 1 (12 oz.) can V-8 juice
  • 1 c. cubed ham, cooked
  • 1 (15 oz.) can black beans or garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped cucumber, yellow squash and/or zucchini
  • 1/2 c. chopped green or yellow pepper
  • 1/4 c. thinly sliced green onion
  • 2 Tbsp. Italian salad dressing
