  • 2-15oz.cans black beans
  • 2-19oz.cans tomato sauce
  • 1-green pepper(chopped)
  • 1-yellow onion(chopped)
  • 1-clove garlic (minced)
  • 1-4oz. low fat sour cream
  • 1-12oz.low fat cottage cheese
  • 1-8oz.pkg.neufchatel cheese
  • non-stick cooking spray
  • 9 Lasagna noodles

    Drain and rinse beans.Mash one can and set other aside.Prepare noodles as directed on pkg., drain&lay flat. Spray large skillet with non-stick coating;add onion,pepper&garlic. Cook&stir until tender,not brown.Add mashed beans,unmashed beans,tomato sauce. Heat through

    In lge.bowl,combine cottage cheese,sour cream,cream cheese.

    Spray 3qt.rect.baking dish w/non-stick coating. Arrange 3 noodles,then one-third bean mixture, then spread one-third cheese mixture. Repeat twice,ending with bean mixture.

    Bake covered at 350degrees for 45min.or until heated through. Let stand 10 minutes.
