  • 1 large can of black beans
  • 1/2 red or yellow onion; small dice
  • 1 garlic clove; minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider
  • 1 salt and pepper

    Sweat onions in olive oil until caramelized.

    Add garlic.

    Saute 30 seconds or until fragrant.

    Add black beans.

    Toss.

    Cook until nearly evaporated.
