  • 1 can (3 1/2 oz.) Baker's coconut
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. milk (canned milk is best)
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 egg yolks

Directions

    Put coconut in raw crust.

    Blend sugar, flour, eggs, milk, vanilla and butter together.

    Pour over coconut in raw crust. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
