- 1 can black beans
- 1/4 to 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1 or 2 green onions, chopped into small slivers
- 1/2 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped (or more to taste)
- 1 red chili pepper (optional if you don't want the heat)
- 1 sprinkle of cumin
- 1 sprinkle of Adobe
- pinch salt
Directions

1Chop green bell pepper, green onion, chili pepper, cilantro, and tomato.

2I removed the seeds and juicy bits of the tomato, leaving only the outer part behind for a less seedy/juicy salad.

3Add all chopped ingredients to a bowl with the black beans.

4Add sprinkle of cumin, Adobe, or any other similar flavored spice, along with a pinch of salt.

5Allow ingredients to chill and blend together for a bit before serving.
