  • 1/2 c. cooked corn kernels
  • 2 tbsp. diced green chilies
  • 2 c. cooked black beans
  • 1/2 c. fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lime

    Mix all the ingredients together except for the lime juice.
