- 1 (16 oz.) can black beans, drained
- 1 (12 oz.) jar hot or medium Mexican style salsa
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
- chopped green chilies (optional)
Directions

1In food processor or blender, roughly chop the beans.

2Be careful not to puree them.

3Stir in all the ingredients and refrigerate overnight.

4Serve with corn chips or sliced vegetables.
