  • 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 cups finely chopped tomatoes (about 2)
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) diced part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion (about 1/2 onion)
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped pickled jalapenos
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 (6-inch) whole wheat pitas, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1 lime, cut into 4 wedges

    Combine first 8 ingredients in a bowl. Spoon bean mixture evenly into pita halves (about 1/2 cup per half). Top each with 2 tablespoons sour cream, and serve with lime wedges.
