  • 500 g beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon tarragon
  • 2 cups black beans, presoaked
  • 14 cup red wine
  • 1 cup chicken broth (or you can use water if you do not have the broth)
  • water (continually add as beans cook down)
  • salt
  • pepper
