- 1/2 gal. goat milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 c. plain yogurt
Directions

1Fill a Coleman ice chest 3 to 4-inches deep with water heated to 110°.

2Close and set aside.

3In a 2-quart Pyrex mixing bowl, heat milk to 180° using microwave oven temperature probe.

4Ladle milk into glass jars and let cool to 110°.

5Add yogurt to starter, a heaping teaspoonful per pint of milk and vanilla to taste.

6Place 110° jars of milk into cooler of 110° water.

7Leave closed for 8 to 9 hours.

8For flavoring, add your homemade jams or fresh fruit.
