- 2 (16 ounce) cans black beans
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 12 cup chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 bay leaves
- 12 cup fresh cilantro
Directions

1Saute onion in oil with cumin, and salt until onions are translucent.

3Add beans, corn, and bay leaves.

4Let cook 10 minutes.

5Serve over rice with cilantro sprinkled on top.
