  • 2 (16 ounce) cans black beans
  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • 12 cup chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 12 cup fresh cilantro
