  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

    Mix first 3 ingredients.

    Add chips. Mix remaining ingredients together until smooth.

    Fill cupcake tins 1/2 full of chocolate mixture.

    Then spoon in 2 tablespoons of cream cheese mixture. Bake 25 minutes at 325°.
