- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. water
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1In small bowl, beat first 4 ingredients until creamy, then add chocolate chips.

2In large bowl, sift dry ingredients.

3Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla.

4Mix well.

5Spray miniature cupcake tins with nonstick spray (Pam) and line with miniature paper cups. Spray cups.

6Fill halfway with chocolate batter.

7Put a heaping teaspoon of cream cheese mixture into center.

8Bake in 350° oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
