  • 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips
  • FOR THE FROSTING:
  • 1 stick Butter, Softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 cups Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tablespoon Milk
  • FOR THE ASSEMBLY:
  • 2 Tablespoons Black Glitter Sprinkles
  • 1 package Black Licorice Strings, Cut Into 2 Inch Strips (6 Oz Package)
  • 1 package Candy Eyes (1 Oz Package)
