  • 900 grams frozen black currants
  • 400 grams sugar
  • 100 grams water

Directions

    Place fruit in a saucepan with water and sugar.

    Bring slowly to boil, cook for 20 minutes.

    Let it cool slightly and pour into hot jars, put lids and turn upside down. Cool.
