  • 1 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 3/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 2 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. coarse pepper or 2 tsp. regular pepper
  • 1/2 c. wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic or 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/3 c. fresh lemon juice

Directions

    Mix all ingredients well.

    Do not cook.

    Marinate steak 24 hours in refrigerator and 4 to 6 hours at room temperature. Broil steak and baste with marinade.

    Leftover marinade can be frozen.
