- 1 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 2 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. coarse pepper or 2 tsp. regular pepper
- 1/2 c. wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 2 cloves crushed garlic or 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
Directions

1Mix all ingredients well.

2Do not cook.

3Marinate steak 24 hours in refrigerator and 4 to 6 hours at room temperature. Broil steak and baste with marinade.

4Leftover marinade can be frozen.
