  • 1 onion small, chopped
  • 1/2 cup arborio rice
  • 4 squid ink Sachets of
  • 3 3/8 tablespoons red wine
  • 7/8 cup fish stock Strong, simmering
  • 1/2 clove garlic crushed

Directions

    Sweat the onion in the oil and add the rice, the wine and the ink, stir and add the stock ladle by ladle (15 minutes-ish).

    Stir in the garlic, season and serve.
