- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 1/4 c. vodka
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 (6 oz.) instant chocolate pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. Kahlua
- 1 c. nuts, chopped
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease Bundt pan.

3Mix all ingredients; near the end, stir by hand.

4Add raisins and nuts.

5Bake about 1 hour.

6Test with toothpick.

7Turn cake onto plate. Poke holes in cake; spoon glaze over warm cake.

8Refrigerate immediately.

9If wrapped tightly with Saran Wrap and foil, this cake will keep well.

10Serve with ice cream.
