- 2 sticks margarine (room temperature)
- 2 c. flour, sifted
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. black walnuts (4 1/4 oz.)
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 5 large eggs
Directions

1Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

2Beat at high speed for 5 minutes.

3Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

5Test for doneness with toothpick.

6Cool a few minutes in pan.

7Turn out onto cooling rack.

8Cool thoroughly before storing; wrap with plastic.
