Blackberry Cake

- 3 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 sticks oleo
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 (15 oz.) can blackberries (juice and all)
- 1/2 (9 oz.) blackberry jam
Directions

1In a large bowl cream eggs, sugar and oleo well and set aside. Mix dry ingredients together and add all other ingredients.

2Add to the creamed mixture.

3Pour into 2 (9-inch) cake pans that have been lined with wax paper.

4Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.
