- 1 (6 oz.) or 2 (3 oz.) pkg. blackberry gelatin
- 2/3 c. vegetable oil
- 2/3 c. blackberry juice
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Pour cake mix into large mixing bowl.

2Add dry gelatin, blackberry juice, oil and eggs.

3Beat well with mixer.

4Pour batter into a Bundt or small tube pan and bake at 325° for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
