- 12 cup sugar
- 5 large eggs
- 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
- 12 cup canola oil
- 2 cups fresh blackberries

3Whisk together eggs, sour cream, and oil; add to cornmeal mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.

6Bake for 30 minutes or until a pick inserted in center comes out clean, shielding with foil after 25 minutes to prevent excessive browning.
