  • 4 cup Fresh blackberries
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup Old-fashioned oates
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Butter, cut into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup Firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 Ice cream (optional)

    Preheat oven to 350.

    Spray a 9 x 6 oval baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

    In a large bowl, combine blackberries, sugar, and cornstarch.

    Pour into prepared dish.

    In a work bowl of a food processor, place oats, flour, butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon; process until mixture is crumbly.

    Sprinkle oat mixture over blackberries.
