- 48 ounce Pulp & juice from blackberries (fresh)
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 pkt pectin
- 7 c. sugar
Directions

1Add in fruit pulp, juice and lemon juice in very large saucepan.

2Add in pectin.

3Stir till all the pectin is thoroughly dissolved.

4Place pulp on high heat.

5Stir constantly and bring to a boil.

6Add in sugar and mix.

7Keep stirring and bring to a boil which cannot be stirred down.

8Boil hard EXACTLY four min.

9(If foaming occurs add in 1/4 Tbsp.

10butter now.)

11Stir constantly while in this stage.

12Remove from heat.

13Pour into clean jars.

14Water bathe 10 min.

15Makes 10 to 11 91/2 pint) jars.
